Tapasya is a transformative yoga practice. After even a few classes you will experience new levels strength, flexibility, endurance and well being.
To get the most out of your practice, train faithfully. Practice 10-30 times each month and see for yourself how it feels.
Door open approx. 30 minutes before class begins.
New students must arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
All “26” style classes are suitable for beginners.
Ask your teacher if you want to join Intermediate or Advanced level classes.
Don’t forget: yoga mat, towel, water and yoga gear.
